ICSE-V plans to publish a proceedings as a special issue of Thin Solid Films, published by Elsevier. The presenters of tutorials, plenary, and invited papers will be asked to submit review papers for these proceedings. The presenters of contributed oral and poster papers will also have the opportunity to submit their latest research results for publication. All papers will be submitted using Elsevier’s Editorial System (EES) and will undergo peer review according to the standards of Thin Solid Films.

Please note that contributed papers are allocated a maximum of 4 journal pages and invited/plenary papers are permitted a maximum of 6 journal pages.
